Implementation of the first OPERA CLOUD PMS project in Romania

We are pleased to announce, together with our strategic partner ORACLE Hospitality, the implementation of the first OPERA CLOUD PMS project in Romania at the VIENNA HOUSE EASY AIRPORT BUCHAREST BY WINDHAM property.

We are proud of this project, because although it was a pilot, it was implemented with full success and in record time, which required a sustained effort from our project team, but of course none of this would have happened without the support of ORACLE's partners and especially without the involvement and desire to succeed of the project team assigned within the property.

What is OPERA CLOUD?

Opera Cloud is a state-of-the-art, FULL CLOUD hotel management system that provides all the tools, services and connectivity options needed to efficiently manage and grow a hotel business. It simplifies IT processes and centralizes data, making information accessible to everyone, everywhere. With an open architecture, built-in integrated services and open APIs to accelerate innovation, the Opera Cloud solution meets hotel needs and redefines the guest experience.

A successful project

BITSOFT project teams have a great experience in the implementation of Oracle Hospitality products, BITSOFT being partner and sole distributor of them in Romania since 2014, with a history of more than 250 hotels where Oracle solutions have been implemented so far. However, this project was unique and extremely ambitious, being a pilot project with a new generation solution, recently launched on the market internationally, not only in Romania. It was worked intensively, with a team of 6 people, who worked at a fast pace to meet the deadlines, so important for the property.

Bitsoft accepted the challenge of this implementation and aligned the most versatile PMS Cloud to the Romanian legal requirements in record time. The pilot project for Opera Cloud Pms and OSEM (event management module) at Vienna House Bucharest Airport was taken over by BITSOFT just two weeks before opening, and was centrally managed with Whyndham standards. This would not have been possible without the full involvement and dedication of our most experienced consultants and developers.
